Welcome to AnySpeech. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AnySpeech website and AI text-to-speech services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Account Registration

To use certain features of our Services, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

Maintain and promptly update your account information

Service Plans and Billing

Subscription Plans

We offer multiple subscription plans (Free, Pro Monthly, Pro Yearly, and Lifetime) with different features and credit allocations. By subscribing to a paid plan:

You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

Credits System

Our Services use a credit-based system for text-to-speech conversions:

Credits are consumed when generating audio from text
Credit amounts and expiration periods vary by plan
Unused credits expire according to your plan's terms
Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value
We reserve the right to adjust credit costs for different features

Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

Use of Services

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
Transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malware
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
Use automated systems to access our Services without permission
Resell or redistribute our Services without authorization
Use our Services to compete with us or develop competing products

Service Availability

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our Services will be:

Uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
Free from viruses or other harmful components
Accurate, reliable, or suitable for your specific needs
Available at any particular time or location

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

The AnySpeech website, Services, and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by AnySpeech and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our Services
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our Services
Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

Your Content

You retain all rights to the text content you input into our Services. By using our Services, you grant us:

A worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your text inputs for the purpose of generating audio
The right to use your inputs to improve our AI models and Services (in anonymized form)
Permission to temporarily store your inputs for processing and quality improvement

Generated Audio

Audio files generated through our Services are owned by you, subject to these Terms. You may:

Download and use generated audio for personal or commercial purposes
Modify and distribute the generated audio
Use the audio in your own products and services

However, you may not:

Claim that the audio was created without the assistance of AI
Use the audio for unlawful purposes
Use the audio in a manner that violates third-party rights

Data and Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect and process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Text Input Restrictions

You are responsible for ensuring that any text you submit to our Services:

Does not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
Does not violate any applicable laws or regulations
Does not contain personal information of others without their consent
Does not contain confidential or proprietary information that you do not have the right to disclose

Service Limitations

We reserve the right to impose limitations on your use of the Services, including but not limited to:

Maximum text length per conversion
Number of conversions per time period
Total storage space for generated audio files
API request limits and rate limiting

Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination:

Your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period
Unused credits will be forfeited
Your generated audio files will be deleted after 30 days

By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
Your account is associated with fraudulent activity
Required by law or legal authority
Necessary to protect our Services or other users

We may also terminate inactive accounts after a reasonable period of inactivity.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnySpeech and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Service interruptions or data loss
Errors or inaccuracies in generated audio
Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use our Services

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AnySpeech and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your use of our Services
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
Your text inputs or generated audio content

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AnySpeech operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through:

Good faith negotiations between the parties
Binding arbitration if negotiations fail
In the courts of competent jurisdiction as a last resort

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will:

Post the updated Terms on this page
Update the "Last updated" date
Notify you via email or through our Services
Provide you with an opportunity to review the changes

Your continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
